GUIDING GIRLS TO REACH THEIR FULL POTENTIAL

The Masimo-A-Badimo Foundation was set up by husband and wife team, Andrea Abrahams (chairperson) and Masimo Magerman. Individually, and together, they have always dreamed of helping to make a meaningful difference in the lives of South African women. Knowing that strong confident women are the ones who’ll create a better world, the Masimo-A-Badimo Foundation boasts a dynamic, all-female Board of Directors, which includes women of different backgrounds and expertise – all of whom are equally as passionate and driven when it comes to the advancement of South Africa’s young women.

WORKING TOGETHER FOR A BETTER WORLD

Established in 2016, the Masimo-A-Badimo Foundation was created in order to provide young, adolescent South African girls, from previously disadvantaged backgrounds, with the skills, tools and opportunities to reach their full potential. As such, the Foundation’s holistic The Grace Project focuses on each girl’s personal development – from fostering self-confidence and natural talent, to cultivating a strong sense of self that these girls will carry with them throughout their lives. By combining personal development with career direction, The Grace Project gives these girls, not only the tools they need to better inform their future choices, but the confidence to believe in themselves and forge meaningful careers as tomorrow’s leaders.
